Q: What are the tolerances to which you design?
A: Typically, we make product to +/- .001 to .002 of an inch.  We have produced extrusions with ID tolerances as close as +/- .0001.  OD's as large as .625" and as small as .004".

Q: How do you keep to the quality standards you need to?
A: We are currently audited yearly and certified to ISO 9001 - 2000 standards - a system that performs smoothly and is continually being upgraded and improved.

We always strive to not only meet but to exceed the quality requirements of our customers.

Q: What are your typical lead times?
A: 4-6 weeks (after tooling).  All tooling is designed in house.
