Estane® is a thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) that is tough, durable, flexible and offers a broad range of hardnesses. It has excellent low temperature flexibility. It can be colored.

Thermoplastic polyurethanes allow for very thin gauges while maintaining strength and properties. They can withstand as much as four times the radiation that other plastics than withstand and have better burst strength.
